We decided to take the scenic route to Banff, the Bow Valley
Parkway, hoping to see some wildlife. We didn't see any wildlife, but did
see some nice scenery, including the Bow
River and the surrounding Canadian Rockies:
At the end of the parkway it puts you on the fast road, but the first pull off is scenic:
