Mara was 10 months old and living with Diane when Bill came into both of their lives. She died at 14 years old of colon cancer while we were traveling in Kansas. That was in October 2002 and we missed her terribly the rest of the journey and especially when we got back to the house. She didn't like the motorhome, she preferred houses and to be outside without a leash. She loved the house from the day we moved in, so she is buried in the yard. Most of our pictures of Mara are on film, so once we get the pictures out of storage and scanned into the computer there will be many more pictures.
