We last toured Gold Beach on September 18, 2004 and remembered the cat area.
Today we did not see any cats, just people salmon fishing.
We had lunch at Barnacle Bistro and loved this sign outside.
We had a very good meal.
On the way out, while Bill was getting into the car, he saw our friends' Ken and Jan's motorhome and waved at them. We knew there was a small possibility we might see them but it was fun for the timing to be a complete surprise.
On the way back we checked out the day use area of Humbug Mountain State Park and its Myrtlewood Grove.
Finally we checked out Tseriadun State Park in Port Orford, with its nice beach.
It was a nice final day in Port Orford.
