The inside displays were quite interesting.  Outside they had some examples of different mineral rocks:

Off we went to finish our day.  It was just after 5PM when we got to the Crabtree Meadows Visitors Center so we moved on.  Here is Mount Mitchell, the highest point east of the Mississippi.

We ended up taking the US70 turnoff just past the Folk Art Center at milepost 382 back to the campground.  It was a great day on the parkway.
