We went for the last of three boat rides, the wildlife tour, where some of the trees had eyes:
Turtles and fish by the boat dock:
An anhinga, alligator and turtles close to the boat dock.
On the boat we did stop to see the monkeys, descendants of ones from movies made here. The photos are not very good:
A great blue heron:
A moorhen:
A belted kingfisher:
We stopped and learned about injured birds. This is a screech owl:
A barred owl:
Coming back we caught a couple glimpses of the monkeys:
The alligator and turtles were still in place.
So were the turtles, look at the big one.
