March 20th Bill went to the Escapees lunch at Micky D's Cafe in Apache Junction. Diane was unable to attend. It was fun and Bill saw some friends, including Dennis and Carol, who own the orange jeep.
We had also noticed that our yellow blocks were not doing well in the recent hot weather. They were getting soft and collapsing.
We moved the motorhome a couple feet and re-leveled using wood this time. Wood should hold up better and is what we had been using for years.
March 21st we met up with an Escapees rally group at Organ Stop Pizza for a group lunch. More friends, including Carol (in the photo looking up and right) and Dennis again.
It was fun and here are some videos taken with Bill's phone.

A nice sunset that night to end a busy couple days.
March 22nd Diane went on a quilt shop run and surprise, ended up with a new sewing machine. She also bought the quilt design program, Electric Quilt 7 (EQ7). Here is Evita checking out the boxes.
March 26th Lawrence came over and we headed to Grimaldi's Pizzaria for lunch because some other friends loved that chain. It was good, but I don't think any of us thought it was the best pizza we have had.
Then the three of us headed to South Mountain Park, on the south side of Phoenix. We went all the way to the top and stopped for photos.

That was fun.
March 31st we went to a big Easter potluck at the Fiesta ballroom in Val Vista Village.
Lots of good food.
Then there was entertainment, including a funny skit.

Towards the end of the skit.
We were glad we went to the potluck.
Other places we ate out during the second half of the month were Smashburger, Rosati's Pizza, Chipotle (Diane on her quilt shop trip), Original Blue Adobe Grill, and Fuddruckers.
We only have about a week left here in Mesa.
