This is the third alligator by the pond, a little one. But notice the fourth alligator tail at the top of the photo, we didn't see that one until looking at the photos:
The heron continues being photogenic:
There is now a large group of people watching from the boardwalk.
The great egret decides to start making some noise:

It is now crowded on the boardwalk so we decide to head back. Around the corner we encountered this pair, a great egret up high and a grey blue heron lower down.
