Looking online we could not find any event or festival for the beach at Seaside for this date. It remains a mystery.
The Tillamook Head Lighthouse is visible. Gregg said it has been fogged in on his other flights:
We thought it looked more worn than last year and looking at the previous photos it looks like the paint is a bit more worn.
